A meeting with the Bride and Groom prior to purchase of a package. The bride and groom will be provided with guidance and correct steps following an engagement. Help with decisions such as theme, location, date and correct timeline to follow in order to stay on track. After this appointment couples will be free to decide what package they wish to purchase.

Design Package

This service is the ideal choice for couples who have secured a day-of coordinator but seek professional guidance to bring their wedding vision to life. We focus on perfecting the design and decor, ensuring every element aligns seamlessly with your style. From curating the aesthetic to coordinating the final details, we’ll transform your ideas into a beautifully cohesive celebration.

Small Event Package

From rehearsal dinners to showers, bachelorette/bachelor parties, honeymoon planning, and even anniversary celebrations, we craft unforgettable events tailored to you. With a focus on your vision and budget, we’ll help you select the ideal location and venue, negotiate pricing, and secure all reservations. Every detail will be carefully coordinated, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience as you celebrate life’s most important moments.

*Prices are determined on the location, travel, and time required. An additional KC staff member may be required based on the size of the event and services requested. Any additional hours added to the packages will be $200/hr.

Wedding Full Service Package

Our Full-Service Wedding Coordination Package offers everything you need for a seamless celebration, from start to finish. We’ll help bring your vision to life, select the perfect venue and vendors, and assist with budgeting, invitations, favors, and accessories. On your wedding day, we manage your timeline, coordinate the rehearsal, and oversee every detail, ensuring a stress-free experience so you can focus on what matters most.

Wedding Management Package

Our Wedding Day Coordination Service is perfect for couples who have planned most of their wedding but need professional help to finalize the details and ensure everything runs smoothly. This service includes a complimentary consultation, followed by a meeting two months before your wedding to confirm vendors and finalize your timeline.
On your wedding day, we take care of the on-site rehearsal, manage the ceremony and reception schedule, and oversee every detail so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. We ensure a flawless, stress-free experience, letting you focus on making memories with your loved ones.

Destination Wedding/Elopement Package

Our Destination Wedding Package offers the same comprehensive services as our full-service package, with the added luxury of a bespoke getaway experience. We’ll guide you through selecting the perfect destination, finding the best travel options for you and your guests, and securing exclusive travel packages. We’ll also handle negotiations for rebates and coordinate with local vendors to ensure your celebration is just as seamless as it is unforgettable.
From there, we manage every detail, including on-site rehearsal and wedding day coordination, or work alongside your destination coordinator to ensure everything runs flawlessly. Whether you're dreaming of a tropical beach or a charming countryside retreat, we’ll help you create a wedding experience that’s as breathtaking as the location itself.
